Coached over 14,000 indoor cycling classes.
Survived several bad accidents including being run over by a big truck. The art of recovery makes you a better coach.
I learned how to play some great instruments and will never let that go.
I’ve biked some of the best roads, carved some steeps, been taken out by a huge wave, been affected by and affected great people, and continue to learn valuable lessons.

Master class creation and instruction through out New England and California incorporating video and live music with current cycling methodology. Compose and DJ/Remix music, freelance consultant for health clubs with focus on designing exercise studios. Current work: Designing a new group exercise class focusing on the physical training elements of newer alternative sports. Consulting with several health clubs with software and equipment purchasing and implementation.
